Since 1995, I have been involved with small to large scale mixed use projects working as a developmennt or community engagement practitioner for Public and Private Real Estate Developers.  These years of experience include envisioning, planning, developing and sustaining productive relationships and partnerships with communities, citizens, and stakeholders to bring about effective solutions for a variety of urban and rural development projects.  I learned integrated approaches to community and economic development for municipal planning,  housing, infrastructure, transportation and comprehensive plans. Future Scapes was launched to share this knowledge with young people and fledgling emerging developers.
